1) What is a License?

A License is the authorization to use the software for a specific account or device. It ensures your access is valid and active.

2) What is a Package?

A Package defines the set of features and limits available for your account (e.g., Free, Standard, Pro).

3) How are License and Package different?

  • License = proof of usage rights (per account or per device).

  • Package = what features and limits you get (based on your subscription).

4) How do I check my License status?

In cPanel, go to Account > License to see if your license is active and when it expires.

5) How do I know which Package I am using?

Check Account > Subscription for your current package type and its expiry date.

6) Can I upgrade my Package?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from Account > Subscription, and the new features will be activated immediately.

7) What happens when my License expires?

The account and devices stop collecting or syncing data until you renew the license.

8) Do different Packages affect the Agent app?

Yes. The Agent app will only enable features allowed by your current Package.

9) Can I transfer a License to another account?

No. Licenses are bound to the registered account and cannot be transferred.

10) How many devices are supported per Package?

The number of devices depends on your Package (e.g., 1 device for Free, up to 5 or more for Pro)
